Seven-Day Limited Weld Warranty
Lovely Links provides ONE complimentary correction of a qualifying workmanship defect at the ORIGINAL welded connecting ring when the issue is reported within seven calendar days of service and the complete original jewelry is retained and presented for inspection.
Exclusions
Lost or missing jewelry, chain or component damage away from the original weld, accidental damage, pulling, stretching, ordinary wear, tarnish, resizing, third-party alterations, and change of mind are excluded. A claim does not automatically provide a free replacement chain, charm, or piece.

Contact Lovely Links within seven days with your name, service date, a description of the issue, and a photograph if available. Keep the complete jewelry. Additional materials, repairs, replacements, or mobile travel may be quoted separately.
